Tube8 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the tube8 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the tube8 platform (including the website, mobile app, and all related services), you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the tube8 platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and tube8 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
The tube8 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. tube8 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that does not comply.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on tube8. Owning more than one account under the same identity is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information that matches your valid identification documents. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. tube8 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
- Use a strong and unique password for your tube8 account.
- Do not share your login details with anyone.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.
- Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the tube8 platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. tube8 makes no representation or warranty regarding the legality of using the platform in any particular jurisdiction.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tube8 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Taking any action intended to defraud, manipulate, or exploit the platform's systems.
- Sharing your account or allowing a third party to use it.
- Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
- Disrupting, interfering with, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or databases.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without notice, and may also lead to legal action where appropriate.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the tube8 platform, including deposits and withdrawals, are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is in their own name and not that of a third party.
Deposit
Deposits can be made using payment methods approved by tube8, including local bank transfers via FPX and supported e-wallets. tube8 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any deposit or withdrawal. All deposits are final and non-reversible once processed, except under circumstances specified by our policy.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or payment method registered and verified by the user. tube8 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for compliance review or if suspicious activity is detected on the account. Withdrawal processing times depend on the method chosen and may take between one and twenty-four hours on business days.
Transaction Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payment details entered. tube8 is not liable for delayed or failed transactions resulting from incorrect information or issues on the part of third-party payment providers. Any transaction disputes must be submitted to our customer support team within thirty days of the transaction date.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The tube8 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. tube8 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or errors, or that all defects will be corrected.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, tube8 shall not be liable for:
- Loss of anticipated profits, revenue, or funds on the part of the user.
- Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind.
- Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, infrastructure failures, or third-party technical outages.
- Decisions made by users based on information obtained from the platform.
Tube8's aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty calendar days preceding the relevant claim.
6. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Amendments
Account Suspension and Closure
Tube8 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasonable grounds including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions or any other platform policies.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or attempted fraud.
- Failure to complete the identity verification process within the specified timeframe.
- Instructions from the relevant authorities.
If an account is closed due to user misconduct, any remaining balance may be subject to forfeiture depending on the circumstances of the closure. Users whose accounts have been suspended may submit an appeal by emailing our support team at [email protected].
Intellectual Property
All content on the tube8 platform, including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software, is the property of tube8 or parties that have licensed it to tube8. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any of this content without explicit written permission from tube8.
Third-Party Links
The tube8 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. These links are provided for convenience only. tube8 has no control over the content or privacy practices of those third-party sites and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from their use.
Amendments to Terms
Tube8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from their use shall be interpreted and governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred through the dispute resolution channels prescribed by the relevant law.
